We continuously update our return policy to reflect the importance we place on your satisfaction and our commitment to responsible responses to social and environmental changes.
If the items you have purchased do not meet your needs, you can return them in their original condition for a refund, except for exceptions mentioned below.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in their original condition.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of our error in sending the product. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs for the return of the product.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
The deadline for making a return request is 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods for regular-priced items. Sale items are not refundable.
We also recommend that you check your order upon receipt to avoid any misunderstandings. If you notice that your order has been damaged during shipping, please report it to the postal representative before signing the receipt and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will then proceed with an exchange. Plume Canada is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
EXCEPTIONS
Please note that comforters, and pillows are not accepted for hygiene reasons.
HOW IT WORKS
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
1- Make sure the item is in the same condition as when you received it. We reserve the right to refuse any item that appears to have been used, soiled, damaged, or washed for hygiene reasons.
2- Contact us at info@plumecanada.com to inform us of your intention to return the item, taking care to mention your order number, the item that is the subject of the refund request, and the reason for the return.
3- If you wish to exchange the item, we will assist you in placing an order for another item. If you wish for a refund, we will process your request upon receipt of the returned item. All refunds are made according to the original payment method within 5-7 days of confirmation of the refund.
