Shipping and Delivery

At Plume Canada, our practice is to produce on demand in order to provide personalized service that meets our criteria. We do not keep any items in stock and manufacture items based on received orders. Processing each order requires a period of five business days, followed by an average delivery time of one to seven business days for Quebec and Ontario. Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a notification email.

Please note that Plume Canada cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers. In addition, it is not possible to modify the delivery address after the package has been shipped. In the event that it is impossible to deliver the package directly to the customer, the carrier will leave it at the door or follow the instructions specified during the order. We are not responsible for the theft or loss of packages.
